Terms of Service

Welcome to RVService.PRO ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website and platform located at rvservice.pro (the "Platform"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. What RVService.PRO Is — and Is Not
RVService.PRO is a connection platform only. We provide an online marketplace that allows RV owners ("Owners") to post service requests and independent mobile RV service technicians ("Technicians") to respond with quotes and schedule work.
RVService.PRO is not a party to any service agreement between an Owner and a Technician. We do not employ Technicians, supervise their work, guarantee the quality of any services performed, or assume any liability for the outcome of any service engagement. Any contract for services is solely between the Owner and the Technician.
RVService.PRO does not process, hold, or facilitate payments. Payment for services is arranged directly between Owners and Technicians outside of the Platform. We have no visibility into, and no liability for, any payment transactions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Platform. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to post jobs or submit quotes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rvservice.pro if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Technician Vetting Disclaimer
RVService.PRO does not perform background checks, license verification, insurance verification, or criminal history screening on Technicians. Ratings and reviews displayed on the Platform are provided by users and are not independently verified by us. Owners are solely responsible for evaluating a Technician’s qualifications, licensing, insurance, and suitability before hiring.
We strongly recommend that Owners independently verify that a Technician holds any licenses or insurance required by applicable law before allowing work to commence.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or profiles.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Attempt to circumvent the Platform by soliciting users to transact off-platform.
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Platform.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your qualifications or credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
6. Content You Post
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (photos, descriptions, reviews, etc.). By submitting content, you grant RVService.PRO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Platform. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license.
7. Reviews and Ratings
Reviews and ratings are submitted by users. RVService.PRO does not endorse or verify any review. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove reviews that violate our policies or applicable law.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between Owners and Technicians regarding services, workmanship, or payment are solely between those parties. RVService.PRO is not obligated to mediate, arbitrate, or resolve such disputes, and we expressly disclaim any responsibility for doing so.
If you have a dispute with us (RVService.PRO), you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at support@rvservice.pro. If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Indiana under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you waive any right to a jury trial or class-action lawsuit.
9. Intellectual Property
All Platform software, design, logos, and trademarks are owned by RVService.PRO or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
10. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RVSERVICE.PRO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY SERVICES ARRANGED THROUGH IT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RVService.PRO and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your interaction with any other user.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect rights and obligations accrued before termination.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised date at the top. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
